RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Return & Exchange Policy Latiente Pyjamas (Australia)


At Latiente, we want you to feel comfortable and happy with your sustainable sleepwear.
If for any reason your order isn’t perfect, we offer exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on apparel that has been worn (e.g.,  pyjama sets in direct contact with skin, perfume smells, or recently washed).
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
  1. Contact our customer service team at support@latiente.com.au with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We will provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.
  3. Please include the original packaging if possible.

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please indicate this in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • We will ship your replacement item once your returned item has been received and inspected.


Shipping Returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Damaged or Faulty Items
  • If your pyjamas arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
