International Shipping

Signature Waiving

We strongly advise against authorising a signature release on international shipments.
As soon as the signature is released, we or the courier are not liable for lost or stolen parcels; ie no claim can be pursued. Please carefully consider this before authorising a signature release, parcel theft is a serious issue.


Taxes & Duties

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs fees depending on their country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
This information applies particularly to the UK, EU and Canada. All shipments require an import fee in order to clear customs.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your country.

If import fees are refused and order is returned to sender, we will not offer a refund.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.

Order Changes

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that once an order has been confirmed, modifications may not be possible.
Reasons for this are customer service hours, and that our warehouse is third party. Please carefully check the details are correct before payment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Return & Exchange Policy Latiente Pyjamas (Australia)


At Latiente, we want you to feel comfortable and happy with your sustainable sleepwear.
If for any reason your order isn’t perfect, we offer exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on apparel that has been worn (e.g.,  pyjama sets in direct contact with skin, perfume smells, or recently washed).
  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
  1. Contact our customer service team at support@latiente.com.au with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We will provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.
  3. Please include the original packaging if possible.

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please indicate this in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • We will ship your replacement item once your returned item has been received and inspected.


Shipping Returns
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Damaged or Faulty Items
  • If your pyjamas arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
