Our Fabric: Lyocell a Nature’s Touch of Calm

Why We Choose Lyocell

At Latiente, we believe that comfort and sustainability should go hand in hand. That’s why our pyjamas are crafted from Lyocell, one of the most sustainable fabrics in the world.

Lyocell is made from the pulp of fast-growing, renewable trees such as bamboo, eucalyptus, and birch. These trees require very little water, grow without harmful pesticides, and are sourced responsibly, ensuring minimal impact on the environment.

A Thoughtful and Eco-Friendly Process

Lyocell is produced through a closed-loop system, meaning that more than 99% of the water and solvents used are recovered and reused, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

The production process itself is exceptionally eco-conscious. Lyocell is created using a closed-loop system, where nearly all water and non-toxic solvents are recovered and reused, leaving virtually no waste behind. This makes it one of the cleanest and most sustainable fibres available today, compared to conventional fabrics like cotton or polyester.

Our designs are printed using water-based inks, ensuring low environmental impact while keeping the prints soft, durable, and gentle on your skin.

Every thread of our Lyocell carries a gentle footprint, respecting the balance between innovation and sustainability.

Benefits for You and Your Sleep...

Your skin deserves to breathe freely while you rest. Lyocell’s natural fibers are:

  • Hypoallergenic and ultra-soft, ideal for sensitive skin.

  • Temperature regulating, keeping you cool and dry through the night.

  • Moisture-wicking and breathable, preventing overheating while maintaining comfort.

  • Biodegradable, returning safely to nature at the end of its life cycle.

Lyocell feels like silk, breathes like linen, and cares like cotton, a conscious choice for peaceful sleep and a cleaner planet.
